ABSTRACT
In this chapter we summarize the central ideas presented thus far and combine them in a theoretical framework. This framework is meant for the analysis, evaluation and explanation of, and prescriptions for, the way we deal with the uncertainties involved in wicked problems that occur in fragmented policy games within complex policy networks.
