ABSTRACT
In Part 1 of this book we argued that uncertainty is more than knowledge uncertainty. Uncertainty is also closely related to the strategic and institutional characteristics of the interactions: the presence of various actors, their perceptions and strategies, the game that develops among them and the characteristics of the network setting in which the game is played.
