ABSTRACT

There are many factors involved in personal abilities that contribute to learning and achieving. One major aspect is known as emotional quotient (EQ) (Goleman, 1996). Emotions and more unconscious aspects of learning need to be given time to develop (Claxton, 1997). It is worthwhile trying to promote an increase in EQ in your participants through your e-tivities, as the online groups will achieve more, and more comfortably.
