ABSTRACT
This chapter explores the role of ICT as a teaching and learning resource for pupils with special educational needs (SEN) and disabilities. It will also discuss how ICT can support the professional development of educators involved in supporting learners with SEN and disabilities and refer to ethical, legal, health and safety issues in using ICT.
