ABSTRACT
The New World Order, first outlined by Eisenhower in 1959 and later promised to U.S. citizens as the prize for winning the Gulf War, failed to materialize in Bosnia, and was mercilessly parodied in Somalia. It eventually found its inception in the proposed mission to save Haiti.
