ABSTRACT
This chapter presents three general conclusions summarizing the analysis: (1) a discussion of the paradoxes arising from the concept of “paratext” applied to cinema; (2) the role of typography in maintaining the pseudo-independence of title sequences; and (3) a discussion of realism in integrating the title sequence and main text of the motion picture.
