ABSTRACT
Dr. Andrew Stewart looked forward to his meeting on Tuesday with Dr. Lois Lakewood and her staff at Rainbow Design. Aside from wanting to see Albuquerque again (it had been about 10 years since he had last visited), he believed that he was well prepared to handle his assigned role as program evaluator in Rainbow’s design project and would enjoy it as well. Andrew was a professor of instructional design (ID) at a large university in Boston. He was knowledgeable about many aspects of design theory and practice and was considered a national expert in educational evaluation.
