ABSTRACT
In this chapter, the focus is on individuals and their actions related to that network, which is formed while a new technology agglomeration emerges. Focusing on individual level actorness, this chapter examines one of the themes of this book: how networks function on an individual level and how the actions of individuals affect regional outcomes.
