ABSTRACT
Globalization greatly promotes the rapid flow of resources on a global scale, as well as the development of international trade and international investments. However, it has also exacerbated numerous global problems. The call for global governance by the international community strengthens every day, and coordination and cooperation are crucial in resolving these problems.
