ABSTRACT
In response to the very quick development of the region after 1973, there was a tremendous demand for capital. The families that had made large amounts of money in trade were able to finance their new activities out of their profits; they were also able to start new ventures transferring funds from their main business. However for the very large projects or for the bright young people with ideas and energy it was very difficult to find the proper capital.
