ABSTRACT
In this chapter, a qualitative mechanism based on quality control charts to evaluate the service and flexibility of suppliers in the layers of providing raw material, manufacturing process, and distribution is considered. Also, 0/1 integer programming is applied to identify the optimal supplier in any layers.
