ABSTRACT
Governments began outlining their visions for online service delivery some five years ago, and, since that time, have had varying degrees of success in turning those visions into reality. The benefits are clear-faster, cheaper, more personalized and efficient service delivery that citizens and businesses can access literally whenever they need it.
