Methods of Mindfulness', where the practising yogi systematically contemplates (I) the body, kaya, (2) the sensations, vedana, (3) the states of mind, citta, and (4) mental conceptions, dhamma-such things as the (five) hindrances to spiritual progress (nivarat;ta I ), the five khandhas, the six senses and their objects, factors of wisdom, and finally the four Noble Truths themselves.
