Planning about where and when people are going to launch, which platform they wish to use and, most of all, whether they have the time to nurture their Personal Brand. Nothing is forever; the world changes, and technology, processes and social mores are always evolving. One must keep their Personal Brand up to date and adapt it accordingly. If people are focusing on their expertise, make sure they keep up with the developments in their field. Read the blog posts/articles of others on the same or proximate topics. That way people are always current and their opinion and insight acquire added value. As people grow in knowledge and experience, they should ensure that they are updating their CV and social media profiles to reflect this. People should think about how this new experience impacts on their Personal Brand and how they may need to change and adapt their style to incorporate this. The process is not long but it does demand self-awareness and objectivity.
