ABSTRACT
The development of low erucic acid, low glucosinolate cultivars of canola seed has led to the availability of a feed ingredient with considerable potential to replace soybean meal in diets for all classes of swine. Canola meal is a high quality product and when properly utilized, can be used to advantage in reducing feed costs for swine producers.
