ABSTRACT
A mathematical migration process model should always be developed based upon a qualitative process assessment (see §1.8.1). Our approach will be demonstrated with three examples in §1.8.2. The mathematical process model is finally to be completed with initial and boundary conditions, as discussed in §1.8.3.
