ABSTRACT
Before making an examination of (a) representative establishment councils 1 and (b) employee representatives, both of which form part of worker participation, it is important to survey worker participation in broad terms so as to put (a) and (b) above within their context. This chapter is therefore concerned with participation in its broadest term.
