ABSTRACT
This chapter will explore deviant behaviors. While not commonly experienced in the workplace, this topic has received quite a bit of media attention through movements such as #MeToo, related to sexual harassment. This chapter will examine how deviant behavior manifests itself in the workplace. These behaviors focus on causing extreme physical and emotional distress to the target. We will explore the topics of corporate deviance, theft and sabotage. Then we will explore the topics of the corporate psychopath, forms of harassment, evil in the workplace and workplace violence.
