ABSTRACT

This chapter explores how these behaviors can be addressed from an organizational and individual standpoint. First, we will look at ways that individuals can address these behaviors on an individual basis. We will look at coping mechanisms and organizational protocols that can be used to address these types of behaviors in the workplace. In addition, this chapter is designed to help practitioners, members of leadership and others within organizations to identify interventions that can be implemented in the workplace. These interventions are designed to aid in addressing these negative behaviors and building a healthy, productive culture that promotes innovation and creativity.
