ABSTRACT
In this day and age, the terms ‘leader’ and ‘manager’ seem to be synonymous. After all, they are literally tied together, right? Wrong! Subtleties exist between the two terms and it is important to recognize each term and its core meaning. It is only then that individuals can develop more realistic expectations of those identified as either a manager or a leader.
