ABSTRACT
In management, key concepts seem to overlap. Since the concepts of management and leadership are two such concepts, the previous chapters were presented in order to lay the foundation to address this overlap. As a result, once this distinction is presented between these concepts, it will be useful to managers and leaders as analytical tools in their decision-making process. With this wedge driven between these concepts, the following chapters will tackle why this is an important issue and not just a semantic drill.
