ABSTRACT
Boston, a four-handed game played with the full pack of fifty-two cards, is the parent of the better known Solo Whist (see p. 60), over which its chief advantage is that it affords greater scope to the gambler, and its chief disadvantage that its scoring is both complex and inconsistent.
