ABSTRACT

The hologram is the second most sophisticated information storage system known to mankind. Both holograms and memory are very resistant to damage. Karl Pribram has argued that a holographic model of“reality” is able to explain telepathy, precognition, clairvoyance, psychokinesis, healing, and most other phenomena that appear to contravene the laws of space and time. The person who, deep in meditation, passes beyond the many activities of the mind and experiences a timeless, spaceless realm in which all things are one would appear to be coming into direct contact with the underlying frequency realm. The holographic theory of memory itself is not universally accepted. It is still incomplete, and in the future we might see new, even more powerful, theories arising to explain the nature of human consciousness, as the human brain tries to catch up with its own subtleties.
