ABSTRACT
A nurse enters my office to tell me that a patient has arrived ten minutes late. I have never seen Mr Jones before and all I know about him is that he is single, is aged twenty-seven and is living in a YMCA hostel. I am going to see a patient. I hope to meet a person.
