ABSTRACT
References to the body, bodily functioning, bodily needs, or bodily pathology can occur in dreams in the imagery of solid structures of all sorts - edifices like houses or huts, vehicles like automobiles, boats, etc. The common denominator of all of these is that they are habitable, or usable as containers of life. And in terms of their containing, they can also function as vehicles for expressing human activity.
