ABSTRACT

“Today, to survive one must be skilled not only in politics and war, but also in poetry, music, and mathematics, lest the urgent clangor of our environment deafen us to the very meaning of life itself. We risk being dehumanized in a single generation, so that every generation must be all things to itself. There is no waiting, no putting off. In order to preserve anything at all, we must seek total personal integration. The perfect vantage point for this integrative point of view is the museum of the future.” 1
