So far, it has been seen that all the activities the child has performed up to this time have created sensori-motor representations in the mind. The objects and events which form a part of these activities exist within the total mental model as replicas, or imitations, which derived from the actions performed with those objects, or within those events. It might be asked what these sensori-motor replicas are like. The answer to such a question must defy verbal description and can only be guesswork.
