Here we see how at times mere pronouns are not sufficient, and people are compelled, or from sociaL considerations fancy themselves to be compelled, to use titles. So in some countries a lady is not addressed as 'you', but is spoken of to her face as 'Frau -', 'Fru -', ('Mrs. -',) - the same with a Professor, Councillor, Prince (in Danish, 'Deres excellence', 'Deres kongelige hejhed', 'Deres majestret' etc.).
