ABSTRACT
Racial attitudes may change, and it would seem that two factors may serve to bring about the change. The first is the possibility of large-scale unemployment or declining living standards amongst the native workers. The other is the appearance on the labour market of English-speaking English-educated children of coloured immigrants.
