ABSTRACT
The same point was emphasised by Mance LJ in Sinochem International Oil (London) Co Ltd v Mobil Sales and Supply Corporation8 when he said that:
“the Court cannot either re-write contracts or impose on parties to them what the Court may think would have been a reasonable contract.”9
