ABSTRACT
When statute law or case law has been used in this book so far, parts of the original source may have been quoted, but they have generally been summarised for the purposes of study for students at AS-level. The original statutes and cases are known as primary sources of law, and this or any other book provides the author's summaries of that law and comments on its operation.
