ABSTRACT
Protocol done at Guatemala City on the eighth March 1971, shall be convened during the fi fth and tenth years respectively after the date of entry into force of the said Protocol for the purpose of reviewing the limit established in Article 22, paragraph 1(a) of the Convention as intended by that Protocol.
