ABSTRACT
Perhaps the most cumbersome part of working in LTC is the extensive documentation required of staff. Most people choose helping professions in order to make a difference in the lives of others. When paperwork overwhelms their opportunities for intervening with patients, work becomes more tedious and less meaningful.
