ABSTRACT

There are numerous ways to market oneself; contacting individuals and teams directly is only one of them. A website is an impactful way to communicate to potential clients and to provide a glimpse into what it might be like to work together. Social media can help a consultant develop a following in the field. This chapter addresses how to do both appropriately and professionally. While a website and social media platforms cannot guarantee clientele, they are effective when utilized well. This chapter discusses these and other marketing strategies while helping individuals decide which fit their business goals best.
