ABSTRACT
This chapter defines what the author conceives of as ‘Church’ and examines how to proceed without relying on ecclesiological models but rather by making an epistemological turn away from ‘home’ toward the ‘poet-companions’ and poetic ways of being, as exemplified in the work of Hélène Cixous and Yves Bonnefoy.
