ABSTRACT
Following revelations about sexual abuse in theatre and other entertainment industries in autumn 2017, this chapter explores the conditions which allow or foster that abuse, especially competition. It details the work that women at London’s Royal Court Theatre did to respond to the problem. It looks towards what more needs to be done, by whom, in the future.
