ABSTRACT
This chapter summarizes the consideration of electronic and electrical humidity sensors carried out in this book. It is shown that great progress has been made in developing such sensors. The requirements for an ideal humidity sensor are also analyzed. It is concluded that modern progress in the field of humidity sensors in many aspects has been determined by the successes of engineers working in such areas as microfabrication, signal processing, and design of smart and integrated sensors.
