ABSTRACT
This paper contains SCF formulae for tubular connections. Numerous publications, including previous papers by this Author, have considered appropriate SCF formulae for a range of tubular joint configurations and loading modes. The formulae in this paper are considered to be comprehensive, covering both non-overlapping braces and overlapping braces, and where braces may lie in one plane or several planes around the chord member. Furthermore, it is hoped that some inconsistencies and complexities in alternative SCF equations have been avoided herein.
