ABSTRACT
The uses of bismuth include: as medicinal salts; in making of automatic sprinklers; mixed with steel and iron in castings; in glass and ceramic manufacturing (oxide and nitrate forms); and used in boiler plugs, electrical fuses, soldering, and silvering of mirrors.
