ABSTRACT
The uses of 1,2-dibromo-3-chloropropane include: until 1977 as a soil fumigant and nematocide in U.S.; as an intermediate in organic synthesis; and for restricted use on pineapples in Hawaii (up until 1985) as a pesticide. It is still used in other parts of the world today as a soil fumigant and nematocide.
