Factors affecting the accuracy of OTF measurement and methods of assessing accuracy

There are numerous factors that can contribute to errors in the results of a measurement of OTF. This chapter attempts to list some of these factors and show how their individual contributions to measurement errors can be determined and also how an overall accuracy figure can be calculated.
