ABSTRACT
The construction of Ralco has been an important challenge to the Chilean company FEBRAG S.A Partnership, derived from difficult topographic, climatic and hydrological conditions. Also, the Company itself has made some important adaptations of concrete manufacturing and transporting equipment.
Finally, some strategic decisions in equipment maintenance and personnel training have been important for obtaining sustained high production rates.
