It also helps them build that understanding through progressively more challenging exercises. The project plan is actually made up of many plans. The communications management plan deals with how project team members will interact and share information. It should incorporate a list of all the project’s active stakeholders and their contact information, as well as any protocols required for sharing that information. The resource or staffing management plan outlines not only how we intend to apply our resources in the project, but also any specific handling procedures and protocols that the organization requires. The communications management plan entails how we interact with the stakeholders in the project, including contact methodologies and information about their communications preferences.
