Problem solving begins by ensuring that the resin used has the correct melt index and resin number and is free of impurities, metals, paper, and film. How many times have you had a blow molding line ready to begin production, only to find the wrong resin in at the machine, the wrong blend, or wrong color? It also begins with checking to be sure you have the correct packing material, labels, color number, and correct let down for the proper color match.
