ABSTRACT
We determine necessary and sufficient conditions for an invariant of a certain type to factor into a product of terms. Once in factored form, generalized invariant regions are easily determined. We present some invariants and generalized invariant regions determined from factoring some invariants found in [6]. These regions guarantee the existence of some solutions, thus generalizing work done in [7].
