You are the SHO working in the Old Age Psychiatry Team. A 67-year-old man is referred to you by his GP as he has been complaining that he has been experiencing memory problems over the last few months. He says sometimes he will leave his keys on the kitchen top and then forgets where he left them. He then feels disorientated at times trying to remember their location.
