ABSTRACT

In the paper the differential equations determining the transfer of force from one body to another were derived on the basis of considering the physics of the process of body interaction by friction with due account of their shear flexibility. After solving these equations the formula for determining the values of the transferred force depending on relative and absolute velocity of bodies were obtained. The analytical dependence given in this paper enable to select the rational parameters of the system of multirope hoisting not only from the technical standpoint, but from economic standpoint as well, by determining the rational value of the carrying capacity and the velocity of the multirope hoisting machine.
