ABSTRACT
The climatic elements comprise several natural phenomena, which together constitute the climate of a particular region. Among these phenomena are the solar radiation, the atmospheric pressure, and the winds. Precipitation is a product of the interaction between the three natural phenomena and their effect on water bodies.
