ABSTRACT
According to the dates of landslides descent, anomalous weather conditions, which had played an important role in the beginning of landslide processes formation, have been revealed. A synchronous connection between the time of landslide formation and the regime of anomalous slope watering at the expense of snow-rain, rain and snow glacial recharge has been revealed. Ground water recharge and discharge zone is closely disposed. There are three periods of the beginning of landslides formation: 1) March – which is connected with thaw and intensive snow melting of 30–40 cm within 8–10 days; 2) March, April, May – anomalous showers (60–120 mm within 1–3 days); 3) May, June – increase of groundwater discharge by 5–7 times.
