ABSTRACT

This chapter explains managers and supervisors, kaizen Teian proposal activity administrators and promotors, and other workplace leaders. It describes ideas about work are born out of work and ideas about a particular area can be born only in that area. The Japan Human Relations Association prepares kaizen teian programs in response to specific requests from various organizations for study sessions and lectures. Different companies have different needs, and no single type of study session proves to be the most effective one. The Kaizen Teian book series is a basic interpretation of how to study such issues. The reason for that is simple. Promotion of proposals as a form of on-the-job training requires a common understanding of the intricate relationships between all employees. If this understanding is lacking, no amount of persuasion and entreaties to "give people some proposals" will amount to anything.
